: To me, food is a gracious gift from God. Although I had always been somewhat secretive about my recipes in the past few years, I recently decided to share them so that people can try these simple recipes wherever they are, and hopefully enjoy them! Many thanks to my mom for teaching me how to cook, my awesome friends in college for eating my food and encouraging me to cook more (even at times when the food clearly wasn't good), and Elli for giving me the courage to make this blog. And thank you God, for this gift - being able to cook and enjoy food.
